We can grant free access based on email address or IP address. Do all the people you want to have an individual subscription have an institutional email address, or will they be able to subscribe on a device using your IP network?
Recommendation

Cochrane recommends an unlimited subscription and you should ask us to enable sponsored individual subscriptions. Cochrane will provide you a code you can share with anyone who you want to have a subscription. When they apply the code they won't need to pay on the subscription website. The code can be used once per person. The code can be shared if a subscriber wishes to invite an external person to collaborate.
